Registration Verification/Confirmation

A current or former CAP member may request that a verification of their current or former registration with CAP be sent if another regulatory body or agency requires such confirmation. Please complete the email form below to request a Letter of Standing/Verification or completion of another regulatory body or agency’s form confirming your current of former registration with CAP. An administrative fee applies. Please view our Fee Schedule for further information on the fees set by Council.

Memorandums of Understanding

This section provides information regarding agreements (Memorandums of Understanding) between CAP and other Canadian jurisdictions allowing CAP members to provide telepsychology services from Alberta to clients/patients residing in another province.

Currently, only one Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) exists. This MOU is between Alberta and Nunavut. The MOU is effective June 30, 2023 and expires on June 30, 2026.
